Technique of Combing the Macula Hole (MH) Following by Viscoelastic Tamponade After Intern Limiting Membrane Pelling

An innovated technique used for full thickness MH, measuring >500µm in the minimum diameter.The patient underwent 23G pars plana vitrectomy and ILM peeling.Then,the combing technique was used by a mechanically approximation of MH borders using a tano polisher.After the fluid-air exchange, 0,05cc hyaluronate viscoelastic infusion was applied to tamponade the MH followed by C3F8.The patient did face-down position for 3days.The OCT:decrease of MH after a month and restoration of ellipsoid zone.
