The instrument made it possible to understand the renal transplant patient as a whole, investigating their emotional aspects, their expectations, coping style, stress management, defensive standards, treatment adherence deficiency, difficulties in dealing with fear of hospitalization and pain and concerns about the failure of surgery. In addition, it has made it possible to locate biological complexity as a source of suffering in several areas of the subject's life.
