IOL Suture Scleral Pockets

Abstracts

A case about a intraocular lens exchange, removing a single-piece IOL that has dislocated to the vitreous cavity and suturing an AKREOS (Baush & Lomb®️) to the sclera using the CV-8 GoreTex®️. It's an interesting technique that allows not only a good positioning of the IOL in the postoperative, but also improves patient comfort (since the only sutures are positioned below the scleral pocket).
