Abstracts

In this video we present a case of 19 years-old male who noticed sudden visual loss shortly after sneezing during a soccer match. The fundus photography showed a intense dome-shaped premacular hemorrhage. Swept-source OCT reveals blood beneath internal limiting membrane. After discussing the risks and benefits, the surgical intervention was proceed. The pars plana vitrectomy seems to be a safe option for fast visual recovery in cases of sub-ILM hemorrhage.
