Abstracts

We present a case of ocular trauma with corneal leukoma, aniridia, recurrent retinal detachment and secondary glaucoma. The eye had had previous pars plana vitrectomy with silicone oil implant. Surgery consisted of silicone oil removal, Ahmed valve positioning, keratoprosthesis, PVR removal, artificial iris with IOL implant (Akreos - Goretex CV8), penetrating keratoplasty and gas-fluid exchange.
