This is a case of a patient who underwent multiple vitreoretinal surgeries and evolved with total corneal leukoma. Before performing the corneal transplantation, we evaluated the retina through the combined use of 23 Ga endoscopy and Ngenuity. We considered not to proceed with corneal transplantation due to poor prognosis. Endoscopy is a useful tool to evaluate retina in cases of corneal opacities.
