Total Retinal Detachment
Patient male, 46 years old, with complain of decreased visual acuity of his left eye from 1 year. Past ophthalmology history: retinal detachment in his right eye, with 3 approaches (other service); Past medical history: previous meningitis and deafness; Past medical history: none. Exam: BCVA: OD:20/60; OS: HM; Slit lamp: OD: IOL; OS: seclusion pupilae; IOP: 13; 10 mmHg; Fundus: OD: attached retina; OS: total retinal detachment. PPV performed with need of inferior retinectomy and silicone oil.
