Cataract and Chorioretinal Coloboma Associated with Retinal Detachment

Abstracts

This video shows the case of a 3-years-old monocular girl with total retinal detachment associated with cataract and chorioretinal coloboma. We demonstrate the steps of the vitrectomy surgery on this complex case which shows a very large chorioretinal coloboma involving completely the optic nerve and the macula which is particularly rare.
