Title

Ozurdex migration to the anterior chamber - technique to repositioned the polymer to the posterior pole

Patient male, 72 years, white natural from Brasilia.
He declaim low vision after 72 hours of ozurdex injection for Irvine-Gass syndrome. During the examination we observed the drug polymer in the anterior chamber, in front of the iris touch the cornea and generate corneal edema.
In the pass the patient was submitted a cataract extraction surgery with escleral IOL fixation in that eye.
We describe a technique to repositioned the polymer to the posterior pole using movements of the eye.
