Reoperation of retinal detachment by macula hole using ILM peeling

Abstracts

The reoperation of retinal detachment caused by macular hole.The first surgery was performed 03 months before.The regmatogenic retinal detachment.The patient underwent 23 gauge VVPP,then ILM peeling was done using brilliant blue dye.The fluid-air exchange was performed.Then an aspiration of the fluid through the macular hole with 23 gauge cannula. After that, the air-oil silicone exchange was done.After one month from the second surgery,the patient presented visual acuity improvement.
