This video presents simple steps to perform an intraocular lens scleral fixation with the 4-points suture technique. This presentation emphasizes each step with a modified approach. The placement of secondary intraocular lenses is one of the most common procedures for retinal surgeons and it is important to become comfortable with this technique as an option in cases of absence of sufficient capsular support.
