INVERTED PEDICULATED ILM FLAP FOR LARGE MACULAR HOLE
This technique was first described and performed by Michawleska in 2010 and uses a ILM flap with connection to the border of the hole. Inverted pediculated ILM flap is an alternative for the conventional technique in large / recurrent MH. In this case report we show a patient subjected to a macular surgery with this technique, with good anatomical result.
