POLYPOIDAL CHOROIDAL VASCULOPATHY: MULTIMODAL IMAGING & MULTIMODAL TREATMENTS

Summary

In this Clinical Case we present a case of a 72 yo patient with Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy in his right eye. During a period of more than 03 years of extensive follow up, we performed several exams and different types of treatment, including anti-VEGF injections, PDT and surgery (pars plana vitrectomy with the injection of sub retinal tpa). Our intention here is to show the importance of a close follow-up and prompt treatment when necessary.
